I had the pleasure of being cared for via Kathy on the 4th floor night shift. I was always offered my pain medication for control of my cancer bone pain while being admitted as a patient on the 4th floor. Kathy makes sure to go over my dose and the next scheduled dose and has a goal of patient satisfaction and pain control for my complex cancer bone pain. She also offered me Ginger Ale and a Popsicle to make my stay more enjoyable! Anytime I press the call light, I have prompt attention to my pain control and diet needs.
