Recently, Katie Warren's grandfather passed away and she was sorting through his belongings and came across a large framed picture of John Wayne, who her grandfather adored. She immediately thought of one of our new cancer patients, who mentioned at his first visit how much he loved John Wayne. Katie brought the painting to the patient at his next appointment and gave it to him. The patient was extremely happy and said he could not believe she thought of him.
