Katherine Williams is such a pleasant person, always friendly and helpful. When I asked for anything for my husband, who was in the hospital, she was very prompt to get it. When our room was changed and we were not there, she gathered all items and put them in place in the new room. She came by to see us two times before the day was over to see how my husband was doing after his surgery. Katherine is a special person and you are lucky to have her working here.
