Katherine Williams 2025, RN

Katherine was my day nurse during my hospital admission. I was admitted for CHF after a C2-T2 surgery. I have a complicated medical history. I have a permanent electrolyte imbalance, which can result in tetany in the right situations. I had an episode that weekend. Katherine managed the tetany with a cool head and an analytical approach. She made me feel safe and secure. She helped my husband get through the episode. She managed my medications and solved my issues through good observational skills and excellent communication with the doctor. Katherine treated me with respect. I felt valued and safe. She walked in every day with a cheerful attitude and informed me of our plan for the day. She cares about her patients. She also treats her co-workers with that same respect. This talented nurse deserves recognition for her exceptional work and compassion. I am grateful for her excellent care.
