Kathi has been an exceptional nurse for a number of years now and has gone above and beyond here at UPMC Jameson especially for the staff! She has the ability to make everyone in her presence feel warm and welcome. She truly cares about the patient and has the emotional capacity to empathize (which is a very important skill in my opinion!). I only want credit where it's due and just because she isn't on the floor anymore does not mean she should be forgotten! She serves as our nurse in our time of need.
