Kathie goes above and beyond to advise patients on ways to maintain healthy INR blood numbers. She spends extra time and effort to seek exactly what is causing your problem and what changes are necessary to help solve a problem, and in calling a patient on the phone to explain specifically what is required to solve your problem. Each patient who has Kathie's help will surely succeed in overcoming any concerns. She really does go above and beyond to help her patients.
