I've had the opportunity to work with Kathleen Ambrose at both campuses, both as a Staff RN and as a Manager. It has been a great experience working with her in both roles. She brings such a positive attitude and helps our floor work together as a team.

Ever since Kat was appointed to her leadership position, she has affected the floor positively, seeking ways to hear staff's concerns, ways to help, and will lend a hand answering call lights without being asked. She has been responsive to requests from our UBC and has not failed to follow through in that capacity.
