Kathy was very compassionate and generally made me feel like I could be comfortable through a very difficult time for me. Always checking to make sure my needs were met in a friendly caring way. She is not in this field by mistake! There are angels on earth, and she is up there amongst the best! She was also aware of my discomfort and acted upon it immediately. Kathy is irreplaceable in the work she does and deserves to be recognized. I am thankful she will be available to care for others such as me because she brings hope and kindness to all. I will never forget her!
