She is a breath of fresh air to the patients and no matter how difficult a patient might be, Kathleen takes her time in explaining and educating the patients as far as their care goes.
Kathy not only functions as a nurse but she also functions alongside the Medical Assistants to provide patient care. Kathleen has never said that in the outpatient setting she cannot do vital signs on patients, she instead rolls up her sleeves and dives in. She always makes sure to never leave the office until she answers all her voicemails and at least speaks to every patient. She is a breath of fresh air to the patients and no matter how difficult a patient might be, she takes her time in explaining and educating the patients as far as their care goes. Kathleen has always been selfless and a great team member who is not afraid of hard work. She also jumps in and helps out in other practices if needed. Kathleen has always made sure to take extra care of her cancer patients, and that “No” is never an answer when it comes to their care.
