Kathy Foley is a patient advocate, team player, and leads by example. Her patients give her wonderful compliments on the care and education she provides. She takes medication reconciliation very seriously and believes in increasing nurse/physician communication to improve patient outcomes. Her innovativeness assisted in the physicians to "buy-in" when nurse-physician rounding was proposed. She truly is an inspiration for all nurses and we dread the day she decides to retire.
