Kathleen went above and beyond to make my husband feel like he was home. She did this by offering care and attention like he would have received at home, which put him at ease. She came in to check on him without my husband having to push the call button and administered his meds within minutes of the time scheduled. She listened to him when he was in pain to determine the best route to take to get the pain managed. Above all, Kathleen eased his worrying simply by treating him like he mattered and showing that she truly cared.
