I went to my Dr.'s visit and was told I needed a blood transfusion. Kathleen let me come to outpatient knowing it was going to be past normal business hours. It ended up being 9 p.m. before I was done. She stayed an extra 3 hours so I didn't have to be admitted.
Very nice, polite, and went above and beyond the call of duty. She was also just a pleasure to have as a nurse and wanted to thank her from the bottom of my heart. She definitely will always hold a special place with us.
