She went above and beyond with kindness and care while my husband and I spent a few nights here due to his heart condition.  She did an exceptional job as a nurse for my husband and went out of her way to make my stay here with him comfortable too.  She provided extra bedding, hygiene products, and snacks without us even asking and even let me use her Sudoku book.
