She may be soft-spoken, but she takes initiative with regard to patient care, and brings her concerns regarding patient care to the attention of the physicians and physician assistants working with her. She takes the time to console grieving family members with compassion and patience, even in the busiest of shifts. Staff agrees that she is a very pleasant and professional person. She is self-motivated and always there to lend a hand. Her great attitude is evident in all she does with patients and staff.
Despite the fast-paced nature of the Emergency Department, Kathleen takes the time to be kind to all. She is pro-active and insightful to the benefit of the patients and their families.
