Kathleen has many patients and responds to them all with a smile and answers all their questions. I have been told that my issues were BS. No nurse ever took the time to care or help me understand my issues. Kathleen stopped what she was doing and explained how I should be getting my pain medications and about opiate dependency treatment options. She is a testament and example of what an ED nurse should be like. Kathleen is one of the best nurses I have ever had by far and hands down. Thank you for allowing her to take of me.

Kathleen was amazing and had a wonderful attitude. Even under stressful situations, she was informative and, for lack of a better word, simply amazing at her job. She was helpful, nice and informative, understanding and, though she was busy, she did not rush thru her care with patients.
