I have had a difficult time getting my sleep pattern regulated due to various reasons. Upon learning that, Kathy went over above and beyond by giving me pointers on proper sleep hygiene, securing me a proper pillow, and contacting the sleep center to get me the proper CPAP mask to ensure my concerns were addressed. Her professionalism, concern for those in her care, and attention to detail reflect great credit upon herself and this department.
