Katie's whole attitude and demeanor are enough to make you feel better. She is so positive and cheerful she can't help but rub off on you. That, together with her knowledge and professionalism is a great combination, in my book. She changed my bandages a couple of times, just by copying what she saw my doctor do once. I got to meet her proud mom, who put in my PICC line. We all shared the fact that we are fellow UDel Blue Hens.
