Kathleen Vourlos embodies the mission of VNA and consistently demonstrates a commitment to helping individuals and families optimize their health and well-being. She is dedicated to her work and a reliable team member. I have worked with VNA for many years, and she is a standout professional. The employees appreciate working with her, and her patients like her attention. It is rewarding to work with her as she assists the team with meeting our patients' needs.

She goes above and beyond to help patients get their various medications and durable medical equipment. She always has multiple prior authorizations to attend to and set up peer-to-peer. Her infectious disease background and connections are also very helpful with determinant results! I joined the VNA Keyport family almost five years ago and was initially unfamiliar with the role of assistance Kathleen could provide. However, as time has gone on, I have found her expertise and talents to be invaluable. Many of our patients have complex and extraordinary needs, and she goes out of her way to provide personal attention to help them. It is rewarding to work with her as she provides care to help meet their goals. She is dedicated to her work, and even when faced with exasperating requirements, she always has a smile. Because of her extensive experience she is able to tap into community resources to optimize helping individuals and their families. I think she embodies the mission of the VNA.
