I would like to recognize Kathrine Silver for demonstrating all of the I CARE principles during my time in the hospital. She answered all my questions, she was all about trying to make me feel as comfortable as possible. She is super nice and always carried a smile. Anything I needed she was there. I also work here at the VA and whenever I see her on the floor, it is always with the same great attitude, same smile, and always helping someone with whatever they need. You can tell that she cares and loves helping us Vets. I know that whatever Vet has her for their Nurse feels the same way I do!
