Kathy is so kind and accommodating; she always takes great care of my dad on each visit and goes out of her way to check on him. Last week he was at another hospital, and they wanted to discharge him when he was in no shape to go home. I called her in a panic, and she got us transported to Banner Gateway that day. If she hadn't helped me get him transferred, something terrible may have happened. She has been so helpful to me and my father throughout this difficult AML journey; she has helped me navigate the next steps of home hospice as well. She really cares about her patients and their families, and it is much appreciated. I can call Kathy with questions or concerns, and she gets right back to me.
