We came to visit our father and brought his grandkids. They had lots of energy, and the nurse brought over some crayons and coloring pages to help entertain them so we could peacefully visit our loved one. Very helpful and thoughtful! I'm a firefighter and paramedic and have lots of experience with patient care and also customer service, and she performed both amazingly.

I would like to nominate Kathryn “Katie” Cyr.  She has consistently demonstrated flexibility, willingness to cover when needed, and never hesitates to give a helping hand, no matter where it is asked, including our organizational social media accounts!

She has assisted with critical situations in the ER, volunteered to stay over to cover shifts so her fellow staff members who live farther away are able to get home, and she was also a great assistant over the holiday weeks when there was an insurmountable amount of call-offs among the nursing staff.  

She has a great attitude and never complains about which department or shift she is asked to work; she is a very appreciated team player.
