Kathryn Dufresne, BSN, RN-BC

Kathryn is one of the most compassionate, caring, and supportive nurses/coworkers, that I know. She uses her years of knowledge and experience to help educate, support, and motivate all her surrounding staff, as well as, her patients. Kathryn exemplifies Lifespan's shared values of compassion, respect, and excellence, throughout all aspects of the job. Her compassion for patient care and role as a supportive senior staff member, especially as charge nurse, promotes excellence, respect, and of course compassion.
