This was the most thorough intake I've experienced! Katie established a relationship immediately and was very professional in asking questions about my history and medications. She had obviously reviewed my records before calling, because she asked significant questions about my history, which is not immediately obvious in my chart, but could have had impacted anesthesia. Katie gave me clear instructions, including hints about how to complete pre-op requirements in an easier way. She answered all questions to my satisfaction. Being a retired nurse, I recognize high quality professionalism when I experience it and Katie is terrific.
