I had an abscess removed and packed. From the moment I was there I was treated with compassion, Katie explained all concerns and reassured me it would be okay. After surgery, she explained my discharge from hospital and how to take care of the wound at home. She was a blessing to have. She had such compassion for someone she didn't know until that day. Thank you, Katie, for being a great nurse.
