Kat really made an impression on me. She has gone out of her way to make me comfortable during my stay, without even knowing it. She listened to me and cared when she probably had a million things to do. The little things like taking the time to just talk to me and ask me how the day was, or to remember I have kids at home and to ask me how my boys are. She is extremely personable.
Kat went above and beyond what she is required to do. She would always see the positive in situations when I did not, which was very encouraging. She was always smiling and focused on me when in my room. She would take calls but would always say, "I am with a patient and I'll get back to you," when easily she could have rushed away. I feel lucky to have been placed in Kat's care.
