Kathryn Jacobs, RN

Kathryn Jacobs has been my primary care nurse for the past year and a half. I personally consider her a Godsend. Each time I call her for help, she provides it quickly. Once I contacted her within minutes of close of business, she went out of her way to make sure my problem was resolved before we ended the call.

I was in great pain and called her for help. After I explained my situation to her, she asked me to come to the VA clinic as soon as possible and said she would take me in as a walk-in. When I arrived, she was waiting for me, and I was immediately seen. I've received follow-up calls from her immediately after each appointment, even on Saturdays and Sundays, to ensure I was well, since she's aware I live alone.

Each time labs are ordered for me, when they return, she contacts me immediately and goes over each of them one by one. I am so very grateful to have her as my primary nurse. Each time I pray, I remember her.
