Kathryn volunteered to take care of our 1st COVID-19 patient. When others were fearful, Kathryn was very brave. She took care of the patient before we had training, designated units on all the equipment.
She will never stop or look around for the tech when unfavorable tasks are vital. She will be the first to help out and get the task completed.
Her passion is demonstrated by her willingness to help everyone, no matter how seasoned or young the staff may be. She provides assistance without thinking twice. There have been days that she left her lunch on the run to help those in need. When she is in charge for the day everything on the unit runs smoothly.
