Kathryn Sands, RN

The care I see her provide to our patients is always above and beyond! She doesn't miss a beat and often lends a helping hand to pick up the slack. She drops whatever she is doing, even with her own workload, and when the floor is extremely busy. Her attitude at work and genuine passion for nursing are infectious. It softens the people around her and makes for an easier work day. I never have to worry when I see her name on the board because I know she's got my back on the floor. These are just a few reasons why she is a DAISY Nurse. Katie is an example of what a great nurse looks like!! PS...I am proof that her hard work does not go unnoticed!!
