Kathy explained everything she did before starting, explaining the procedure throughout - what to expect, what you might feel, what's in the IV, side effects, what will occur during and after the procedure. She was just all-around great! Best of all, she came in and checked on my husband afterward to see how he did.
She is unaware he works here and I'm a nurse, also. So it's great to see someone take their job to heart and treat people like family and make them feel comfortable!!
