My nurse, Kathryn, is simply the best. She is so patient, friendly, and professional. As a return cardiac patient, I was pleasantly surprised to have Kathryn’s TLC as an angel at my bedside who helped lift my spirits. Kathy provided excellent responses to my questions regarding symptoms, pain management, medications, warm blankets, etc. She was very attentive, considerate, gentle, and compassionate. I appreciated her warm smile and positive upbeat disposition. She made a great connection with me. Both family members observed Kathryn’s ability to meet and exceed patient expectations.
