Kathryne started working on a local contract as her first assignment with just over a year of experience as a nurse. She has exceeded the hospital's expectations to where they have requested extension after extension. She has now been at that same facility for 10 months. Even while having a broken arm, they chose to keep her, due to her spectacular bedside manner.
