I had a procedure, was quite sick for several days, and I was not getting any better. I drove myself to the ED. Kathy had just returned from a Medical Leave that day. She did not miss a beat. I knew I was in good hands. I was diagnosed with pneumonia. Kathy was compassionate, competent and her presence made me feel we would find out what was wrong.
