Kathy went way above and beyond to help my husband be comfortable. This is very challenging as he can be very difficult to work with and doesn't understand what is going on, so he is not cooperative. She was very kind and understanding. She also spent some time talking with me and giving me suggestions and encouragement. Please reward her.
