I was there after shattering the bones in my lower right leg. I was scared and did not really know what was going to happen to me next. My husband had to work, so I was there by myself most of the time. I was very scared and totally alone. Kathy helped me so much when I was there for skilled care. She not only made sure that I was pain-free, but made me feel comfortable with the surroundings there. She was a real friend to me. She made me want to try and get better instead of insisting that I do what was asked. Her kind words and gentle assistance were very much appreciated. Because of her, I have made myself push on to get better. I can now walk with a walker and drive myself to appointments, freeing up my husband to work. I just want to tell her thank you and that I truly appreciate everything that she did for me.
