Kathy has been extremely kind, considerate, and gone over the top to be helpful to the patient, family, and friends. She went out of her way to make the patient comfortable during her stay and checked on her very often. She spent lots of time talking and explaining everything to the patient and family.

Our mother was very ill and received very good care. We brought our mother to the Emergency Room, and she was admitted to the hospital. She has been admitted here several times before, and Kathy has always been kind and caring to our mom. On this particular day, our mom had to be transferred to a bigger hospital. Kathy stayed right with us and explained everything that was happening. We appreciate her so much!
