Kathy Campbell, RN

I have placed Kathy in Interim CNO positions over the past 14 years. During each engagement, Kathy served as a resource to her nursing staff for best practice standards. She mentored countless numbers of nurses and new nurse leaders and did so with kindness, humility, and respect. Kathy consistently ensured that nurses have access to the resources needed to provide quality care while being a steward of the organization's financial resources. She gives 100% of herself and approaches each CNO assignment with passion and a positive attitude. Kathy is the epitome of a compassionate, intelligent, and professional Nurse Leader.
