You know when you walk into a facility, you are already under stress for a procedure about to happen. The nurses are so wonderful with smiles and concerns for me and my family. They all go out of their way to make you feel at ease. The ride into surgery, with nurses waiting for you in the procedure room, they too were all smiling. It felt like a place that was peaceful with no worries. All should get an award for their services. But Kathy stands out. When I woke up, Kathy was stroking my hair gently and said good morning as a ray of sunshine. She made me and my family laugh and before you knew it, it was time to leave. Thanks to Kathy Chicoine for the great experience.
