Kathy Decesare, RN

My 10-month-old baby has been admitted here in Hackensack, New Jersey, and he has a lot of health issues. He has been admitted here a lot since he was 3 months old. In these couple of months, he had a lot of nurses who took care of him; no one is as amazing as Kathy Decesare. Hands down to Kathy Decesare, she is the best nurse, an amazing human. She won my heart by giving the best care to my son at night since he had 2 procedures done. She was in the room on time, doing everything top to bottom like no one else would. She did a great job and cared even the previous night. She is amazing beyond words. The one thing she said that won my heart was that she was like, "Mom, if I were in your place, I would like my kid to get the same care." She treated my child as her own, and I know only great people can say and do such a thing.
