Kathy continually went above and beyond in taking care of our mother. She took extra measures to make sure our mother was comfortable even if it was a simple back rub or a cool washcloth. Kathy kept us updated and always notified us of changes with excellent expertise assuring we understood what was going on. Her compassion is evident in all her caring and she was always very patient with our mom even when her behaviors were challenging. Mercy should be proud of nurses like Kathy. She exemplifies the profession.
