I want to thank Kathy Hartmann for her compassionate care during a very difficult time. My sister died in your intensive care unit. Kathy took outstanding care of my sister and my family. She is an amazing nurse and we want to recognize her for her loving support.
Kathy took the time to explain everything so that we understood. I just wish that you could have saved her. I had 5 kids there and one of them asked for water. Kathy brought water for all of them, not just the one kid who asked. Kathy was so kind to all the kids. Most people are annoyed with kids around, but Kathy was very understanding.
