Kathy Hicks, BSN, RN, NICC, joined the Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Team in 1981. Over the course of her career, she has consistently demonstrated expertise in the care of ill and premature infants. She always provides evidence-based, high-quality patient and family-centered care. Kathy frequently assumes the role of primary nurse, caring for an infant and their family from birth through discharge.
