Kathy Kelly began her nursing journey in 2014 as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Through years of hard work, perseverance, and unwavering commitment, she achieved a significant milestone in 2023 by becoming a Registered Nurse (RN)—a goal she had long set for herself.

That same year, we were fortunate to welcome Kathy to the Friendship Home, where she has served as a dedicated and compassionate charge nurse. Kathy quickly became a valued member of our team and a beloved caregiver to our residents. Her uplifting spirit and approachable nature make her the nurse that every CNA looks forward to working with—she brings joy to the workplace and has a remarkable ability to brighten anyone’s day.

As one grateful family member shared, “Kathy is a consistent source of support and encouragement. She is accountable, honest, and has a wonderful sense of humor.” Her straightforward communication and genuine honesty reflect her strong character and professional integrity.
