Kathy is the pinnacle of how a nurse should be: intelligent, informative, pleasant, and caring. She made us feel completely at ease in a very stressful situation. You can absolutely tell that she loves her job. We were blown away at how she stood above the rest. And when we saw she was our nurse again today, we were thrilled. She certainly deserves the DAISY Award for shining as brightly as she does.
