I had already met Kathy McConville while shadowing a nurse at the nursing camp, and was impressed by her enthusiasm and willingness to explain everything to me! When I was admitted to the hospital shortly after that I was happy to find that she was my nurse! She was amazingly fun to be around and made it so that being in pain wasn't the worst thing. She did everything possible to make me feel comfortable.
