(From a co-worker) Kathy Naanes is an awesome charge nurse. Staff was having a rough day and she stepped in and made the day much better. She was supportive, proactive and caring for all patients on the floor making sure that all their needs were being met as well as staff being supported in a very busy high acuity day (fast paced day).
