A long term patient at PBGMC's Cardiac Rehab's wife was hospitalized in critical condition. Kathy Olsen would go out of her way to check on how he was doing each day when she came to work.
One day the patient's son approached nurses from the department to show his appreciation for Kathy bringing his dad homemade soup. He expressed how much it meant to his dad. The nurses had not realized that she had even done this, but they were not surprised as she is always thoughtful and caring for our patients.
