Unfortunately, I had to visit the fetal medicine unit back in February when I found out that my unborn baby was too ill to survive. Kathy was one of the midwives who I had most dealings with during this time and the compassion and support that she gave to not only me but my family will never be forgotten. Nothing was too much for her and she made me feel like she had all the time in the world for me. She even came to visit me when I went in to deliver my baby.
Now 9 months later, I am expecting again and Kathy has been present when we've had the scans done. She is one in a million.
