There is no RN in this Facility who works harder with such compassion for our Patients than Kathy. I have seen her setting at the bedside of a dying patient so they were not alone. Giving comfort to a first time mom in labor. Holding a frightened child who was about to receive stitches. Consoling parents who were frightened for the outcome of their sick child. Arranging rides home for patient's who have no transportation. Kathy always senses the needs of others and puts patient's and family's first. She feels others pain, as her eyes fill with tears when hearing from other's professional and Personal stories. For Kathy, Nursing is not only her Profession. But her Calling in Life.
