We had a patient come in due to needing a prescription rewritten in order to get pain medication filled. The patient was given a new prescription which was also refused because the date was not written out on a script for a narcotic.
The patient was in tears at the CVS Pharmacy because she was told that she had to return to the emergency department and get another prescription.
Kathy Russell attempted to correct the situation over the phone but was unsuccessful. Kathy not only had the prescription rewritten but delivered it to the CVS Pharmacy herself.
This is a perfect example of Kathy's compassion and customer service.
