Kathy is the best advocate that any patient could ask for. Kathy calls her pain pump patients regularly to check on them. If her patients have concerns, she will help the patients with them, whether it means getting a note to the provider to adjust medication or scheduling the patient to come in to be seen. Her patients feel comfortable calling her with issues. She had a patient tell her that they felt as if they were being bullied by a staff member at assisted living. Kathy called and spoke to the manager and let the manager and the manager at the facility know the patient's concerns.

Kathy goes above and beyond to adjust her schedule to meet the needs of her patients and make sure that the patients are taken care of. She arranges Home Health visits for post-operative care for patients and schedules education for the Home Health facilities. She is in constant communication with the patients and facilities to verify that their needs are met. Kathy is top-notch!
